When you travelling with baby,what do you want to do mostly? If i were you,of cause try my best to manage to make the package lighter. In the past travelled,the photographic equipment is took up the most weight and space. So,i need to replace my photographic equipment. Firstly,replace the new tripod which is lighter and more portable and suit for my Canon 80D. Finally,i found it,Kingjoy P058 meets my all requirements.

Compared with the milk powder cans,may be you can realize its size.

The packing list include the packing bag,P058 tripod,the wrench and manual.

It鈥檚 smaller and lighter than used before,Kingjoy P058 leg adopts the eccentric tube structure,it鈥檚 not the rotary knob lock or the latch knob lock. Lightly loosen, then you can open it,on the contrary,lock it. It鈥檚 quick and simple.

The weight is only 844g,just a little heavier than coke.

The third bright spot is the head.The lock mode of quick release plate is simple and smooth.

The head is single knob lock,which meets the basic low shutter requirements,but can not used for the panorama.The knob can pull out for better reception.

The fold knob,which press to adjust the expand angle of the legs or press it to folded the tripod.

The fourth bright spot is center column,it can be extension like the selfie stick and has four sections.

That鈥檚 what the popular webcast holder looks like,but the P058 is little bit thicker.

The ball head can be freely change in pan and pitch direction. And the tube diameter is 22mm,that enough to support the micro camera.

Now install Fuji micro camera,since the screw of the quick release plate is too small, i need to use the coin to loosen it.

Wow! So steady! You can take selfie at any height,but if you use the low shutter,you can not put the center column to the highest,i suggested.

Install the Canon 750D,and the center column pull out two section,it鈥檚 still stabilizer. But it鈥檚 not well for the highest center column.

You should be able to take a good photo by the remote control the shutter of the camera without strong wind.

The center column are all put out,using the remote to take a picture of the flowers next to the refrigerator.

ISO100,F22 aperture,backlight exposure compensation plus nearly two gears. Steady the camera,trigger the shutter by the remote control. Look! The focus is sharp after zoom in.

Here,you need to be promoted:When the center column are all pull out,please ensure there is without the strong wind,and please use the remote control or shutter cable to release the shutter.

For your camera鈥檚 safety,don鈥檛 use the highest center column when install the SLR. Otherwise the highest center column is about 150cm,it鈥檚 too high. 

But if you need to use the highest altitude,you can hand a bag under the tripod. Since the tripod weight is light,the gravity center is too high will increase the dumping risk. 

The best using height is 110cm (that is the center column does not draw out),I think. 

The tripod foot is bigger than the end of the leg,may be this design is in order to increase the stability.

Test the tripod stability performance in outside.

The slow shutter and video is so good.There is no obvious difference from the large professional tripod.

This height is suit for take a group picture.

Install the SLR in the highest altitude.

But this is the safe height for the SLR, i think.

Now my photography equipments lightening plan was finished the most important steps.

Take a group photo for my photography equipment.

The Conclusion

1.Compact and portable,your travelling best choice.

2.Although it鈥檚 small,but it鈥檚 not desk tripod,its working height is the professional level when it is open.

3.Multi-function, used as a separate selfie stick after draw out the centre column.  

4.The good stability,there is no problem for install the full frame micro camera,such as A7.

5.Pull-out design,very fast to use.

6.A favorable reception for quick release plate design,more convenience and fast than the rotary knob.

7.Quick release plate is a bit small.

8.The hanger can not hang the big or the heavy bag.

9.The packing bag is not beautiful,but it鈥檚 doesn鈥檛 matter to me.
